Bachelor(ette) Lasagna

This recipe was given to a friend of mine by a college student and I had it for the first time about 2 weeks ago....my daughter loves it.

1 bag of frozen ravioli (any kind, we had the cheese one first , tomorrow we will have the beef)
1 jar/can of your favorite spaghetti sauce (we will be using Ragu tomorrow)
variety of cheeses (we will be using mozzarella, mexican mix and cheddar)
Olive oil and/or butter--your preference, I use a tiny dab of one of them to keep the noodles from sticking together too much. I also put the olive oil (about a tablespoon) in the pasta during boiling.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the frozen ravioli per the package directions.
Drain (don't rinse) the ravioli, mix a dab of butter or olive oil with pasta in bowl.
Add sauce mix.
Then layer in 13x9 baking pan or a casserole dish. Layer of ravioli then layer of cheese, layer of ravioli then layer of cheese....

The first time I had this--there was zucchini in the layers too---mahvelous dahling, simply mahvelous.....

Give it a try. Serve with a nice green salad or steamed green beans with some Italian or garlic bread.
Very good, fast & easy....

See you with another recipe soon!!!
